this all started…

When he saw for the first time a copy of the National Geographic he decided to become a photographer.

Born in South Africa, grown in the middle of Tuscany, he currently lives in Switzerland surrounded by his cameras, books, a patient wife and a very unique cat named Lucio.

Formerly represented by one of the most important photo agencies in Italy, Grazia Neri, he started his career in reportage around Italy and landscapes photography.

He now works around the world as fashion photographer for international magazines and designers.

A big fan of art and archaeology, his portraits are often inspired by the light seen in classic paintings admired in his favorite galleries and museums.

His point of view is the result of accuracy, technical research and a never full desire to see the beauty in every subject of his work.

He shot for:

Hermès, Jacquemus, Diesel, Alaia, Balmain, Bottega Veneta, Saint Laurent, Y/Project, Elie Saab, Isabel Marant, Cecilie Bahnsen, Az Factory, Ulla Johnson, Altuzarra, Aniye By, Ralph Lauren, Ami, Ferrari, San Pellegrino, Acqua Panna, Nespresso, Cantina Petra, Fausto Puglisi, Alexandre Vauthier, Polimoda, Max Mara, Rains, Zegna, Cristopher John Rogers, Off-White, Burberry, Simkai, Dolce&Gabbana.
